We automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with the App using third-party analytics tools (Firebase and Google Analytics). This may include device model, operating system, and app usage patterns.

We use the collected data strictly for the following purposes:

Neurabook leverages Artificial Intelligence to provide financial insights. While we do not use your data to train our own AI models, specific data (such as transaction history and profile context) is temporarily processed by third-party AI providers to generate responses.

We share data only with the following trusted third-party services required for the App's operation:

• AI Providers: OpenAI (ChatGPT API), Google (Gemini API), and DeepSeek API.
• Backend & Analytics: Google Firebase (Authentication, Database, Analytics).
• Payments: RevenueCat and Google Play Billing (for subscription management).

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on our servers and Firebase cloud infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal and financial data as long as your account is active to provide you with historical reports.

Requesting Data Deletion: If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us directly at the email provided below. We will process your request and permanently remove your data from our servers.

Neurabook is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information.
