Welcome to Neurabook. By downloading, accessing, or using the Neurabook mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Nature of Service

Neurabook is an AI-powered personal finance tracking tool designed to help users record transactions and receive automated insights.

The insights, advice, and analysis provided by Neurabook are generated by Artificial Intelligence. Neurabook is not a certified financial advisor. The information provided is for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional financial advice. You should consult with a qualified professional before making significant financial decisions.

2. Accounts and Security

To use certain features, you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Neurabook offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions managed via Google Play Billing.

Billing: Payments will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Google Play Store settings. We cannot process refunds directly as payments are handled by Google.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the financial data you input into the App. By using the App, you grant Neurabook a non-exclusive license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service and generating AI insights as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Use the App to generate content that is fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neurabook and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or financial losses arising from reliance on the App's AI insights.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia.
